• The first month's order is shipped immediately, with following months being shipped out on (or close to) the 15th of the month. If you want a different time frame for shipping, just let us know. Credit cards are billed on the 5th of each month.
• No minimum number of months required.
• Canceling is easy — cancel any time for any reason. Simply email us at customerservice@therootbeerstore.com, or call us at 208-255-1006 and we will stop your orders at any time. There will be no termination fees or sales pitch trying to keep your subscription active.
• As an alternative--when you place your initial order, you can specify the number of months you want the order in the "comments" section of the shopping cart. After those months have been sent, your subscription will automatically stop.
